Deakin University: English test requirements
Deakin uses one six-column English table (IELTS 5.5 to 8.0) for every level, and each course page says which column applies. Some courses, such as teaching and nursing, set their own higher scores on the course page. Tests must be no more than two years old at the start of the course.
Checked on 31 Oct 2026 against the university's own pages. Universities change their requirements, and some courses ask for more. Always confirm on the university's page before you book a test or apply.
