Griffith University: English test requirements
Griffith sets English scores degree by degree: each Degree Finder page prints the tests it accepts with overall and section minimums. Most degrees ask for IELTS 6.5 with no sub-score below 6.0; nursing, midwifery, paramedicine, allied health, law, social work, teaching and speech pathology ask for between IELTS 7.0 and 8.0. Results must be no more than two years old.
Checked on 1 Nov 2026 against the university's own pages. Universities change their requirements, and some courses ask for more. Always confirm on the university's page before you book a test or apply.
