Arden University: English test requirements
Arden publishes one set of English test scores for full-time study on its UK campuses (student visa route), the same for undergraduate and postgraduate: IELTS 6.0 with 5.5 in each element or an equivalent test, with Duolingo accepted. Individual course pages also state English figures, which differ for some online courses.
Checked on 2 Nov 2026 against the university's own pages. Universities change their requirements, and some courses ask for more. Always confirm on the university's page before you book a test or apply.

The international page gives one table of approved tests for UK campus study with no undergraduate and postgraduate split. Tests are valid for two years. Course pages may show other figures (the BSc Computing page gives TOEFL iBT 60-78).

Same table as undergraduate for UK campus (blended) study. Some course pages set higher scores for online study: the MSc Engineering Management page asks online learners for IELTS 6.5 with no element below 6.0, or TOEFL iBT 90.

“Not on the list” means the test does not appear on the university page we checked. It does not mean the test is refused: the course page or the admissions office may still accept it, so ask them.
