Syracuse University: English test requirements
Syracuse prints preferred undergraduate English scores in three groups of schools and says meeting them does not guarantee admission. For graduate study the page only says TOEFL or IELTS may be required, with scores set by the programme.

The table is headed as preferred scores, and the page says meeting the minimum does not guarantee admission. Applicants take an exam if they live outside the US and their first language is not English. Waivers exist for three years of US secondary study. The page accepts PTE Academic but prints no PTE score.
