Arkansas State University: English test requirements
Arkansas State publishes one set of English test minimums for international undergraduates and a higher set for graduate applicants, with many alternatives including its own ESL programme. Its international pages do not fully agree on some graduate figures, so check the graduate page.

Undergraduate
All international applicants must show English proficiency; test scores must be less than two years old. Citizens of listed English-speaking countries are exempt. Alternatives include completing A-State's ESL programme at 80%, CEA-accredited or HOFT ESL completion, EIKEN Grade Pre-1, SAT, ACT, IB English HL, set English marks from India, Pakistan or Kenya, or the university-graduate route listed on the page (two or more years and graduated, US, UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand).

Graduate
Applicants must meet one of the listed standards; test scores must be less than two years old. Citizens of listed English-speaking countries are exempt. Alternatives include completing A-State's ESL programme at 90% or above, CEA-accredited or HOFT ESL completion, EIKEN Grade Pre-1, SAT, ACT, IB English, or set English marks from India, Nepal, Pakistan or Kenya. The overview page footnote says the university is currently accepting the TOEFL internet-based at-home test.
